D1 - Mutual respect is evident through interactions

Circle time is used to teach polite ways of expressing oneself. Differences in culture are explored in a safe environment and feelings of empathy are developed.
I use appropriate language myself and expect the same from the children. I listen to all students and find worth in thier contributions if they have been put forward seriously.I expect respectful behaviour from everyone, and always talk to students and colleages with respect.
